B) Returns & Refunds (Fashion)
Scope

We accept returns for orders delivered within the United States only (Ship From Usa)
. International orders are not eligible for return at this time.
Return Window
-
Submit a return request within 7 calendar days from the date your tracking shows Delivered. For split shipments, the window starts from the last package marked Delivered.
Return Conditions
-
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and SKU polybag intact.
-
No exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order in your desired size/color.
Final Sale (Not Eligible for Return)
-
Beauty items, intimates/lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, face masks, and any “Final Sale” or clearance items.

Open-pack wholesale orders.
How to Start a Return (US orders only)

Contact us via the Return Request form (or email our support) within 7 days of delivery.

We will review eligibility and issue a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions. Returns without an RA cannot be processed.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RA. Please include the RA number inside the parcel.
Fees & Refunds

Original shipping and return shipping are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or a packing error occurred.

If a return does not meet the above conditions, we may deny the return or apply up to a 20% restocking fee.

Once the return is received and inspected at the warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Please submit photos or a brief video when requesting a return. This helps us resolve your case quickly.
International Orders

At this time, international orders are not return-eligible. For quality issues on international orders, please contact support; we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
C) Cancellations (Before Fulfillment) For Fashion Products
Change or Cancel

We can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters Processing / Fulfillment in progress.

If your order is already processing or shipped, please accept delivery and submit a Return (US orders only) per the policy above.
How to Request

Contact support with your order number as soon as possible. If approved, we will void the charge or issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timing

Approved cancellations are refunded promptly; bank posting times may vary by provider.
