Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri). Once your order is paid, it is forwarded to our fulfillment partner for packing and dispatch.

Where We Ship

  • United States & US Territories (including APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes).

  • International to selected countries. Availability and rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Ship from USA products (US domestic): 2–5 business days.

  • Ship from Overseas products delivered within the US: 5–10 business days.

  • International (Overseas products): varies by destination and carrier; the estimated window appears at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are weight-based and shown at checkout before payment.

  • Typical US rates (subject to change):

    • ≤ 0.6 lb: $3.99

    • ≤ 1 lb: $5.99

    • ≤ 5 lb: $9.99

    • >5 lb: $14.99

  • We currently do not offer expedited/overnight shipping.

Multiple Orders to the Same Address (Auto-Combine)

  • If you place multiple orders to the same address within ~24 hours, we may combine shipments when possible. Final shipping is recalculated based on total parcel weight; any difference may be refunded to your original payment method.

Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed once your parcel ships. For multi-item orders, items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

  • Please verify your address at checkout. Undeliverable or returned-to-sender parcels due to address errors may incur additional reship fees.
